IV oxytocin
vs
vaginal PGF2alpha 50 mg x1, then IV oxytocin 4 hrs later if still not in labour. |
Outcomes |
Uterine hyperstimulation with FHR changes, C/S, uterine hyperstimulation without FHR changes, epidural analgesia, instrumental vaginal delivery, perinatal death, maternal vomiting, maternal diarrhoea, chorioamnionitis, neonatal jaundice. |
