Methods
Participants Patients with myocardial infarction, unstable angina pectoris or ischemic stroke. Population without mandatory folate fortification of food.
Age: 45 and 80 years
Interventions Folate plus vitamin B6 and B12 and/or omega-3 fatty acids and/or placebo
Outcomes Recurrent ischemic diseases.
