6-CF was loaded into liposomes that were then incubated in F-12K medium containing 10% FBS for 108 hours at 37°C in the presence and absence of 100 mM LY311727 (sPLA2 inhibitor). At the specified time points, samples were removed and analyzed for fluorescence. Data are presented as the mean +/- SEM of 5-6 different experiments. “a” Denotes a significant (P < 0.05) difference compared to control and “b” represents a significant difference compared to liposomes + sPLA2.
