N27TM-3 HTM cells were left untreated (A, D) or transfected with a non-targeting RNAi (B, E) or a syndecan-4 RNAi (C, F). Seventy two hours post-transfection, the cells were re-plated onto fibronectin-coated coverslips in the absence (A–C) or presence (D–F) of the β3 integrin-activating antibody AP-5. Three hours later the cells were fixed and labeled with phalloidin. Scale bar =100 µm.
