Cells were infected (MOI = 1), and lysates were prepared at different time points as indicated and analyzed by Western blotting. Lysates of cells incubated for 72 h in the absence of virus were used as a negative control, whereas lysates of cells stimulated with poly(I · C) (10 μg/ml for 24 h) served as a positive control. Expression of β-actin was determined as a control for the proper loading of SDS-PAGE gels.
