Effect of B55α reduction on PKCα and SRC in OCI-AML3 cells. Protein lysate (200,000 cell equivalents) from OCI-AML3 cells containing control (NS) lentiviral plasmid or cells containing B55α shRNA lentiviral plasmid was subject to SDS/PAGE and Western blot analysis performed for p-PKCα (a), PKCα (a), p-SRC Y416 (b), SRC (b), B55α (b), PP2A/C (b), and Tubulin (a and b). Ratios were determined by densitometric analysis of the bands depicted in the figure.
