the percentage may be overestimated here. This is because among the 14 CNVs identified by aCGH from the 11 B cell iPSC samples, breakpoint PCR was successful only for 9 CNVs. None of these 9 CNVs were detected to be present as a mosaic state in the corresponding fibroblast DNA by PCR. However, the possibility of the other 5 CNVs being somatic mosaicism cannot be ruled out.
