Embryo 7 | 0/3 | 1/7 | 1/9 | - |
Total | 1/23 (4.3%) | 11/38 (29%) | 1/10 (10%) | 3/76 (3.9%) |
Total excluding somatic mosaicism | 1/23 (4.3%) | 11/38 (29%)a | 1/10 (10%) | 1/76 (1.3%) |
the percentage may be overestimated here. This is because among the 14 CNVs identified by aCGH from the 11 B cell iPSC samples, breakpoint PCR was successful only for 9 CNVs. None of these 9 CNVs were detected to be present as a mosaic state in the corresponding fibroblast DNA by PCR. However, the possibility of the other 5 CNVs being somatic mosaicism cannot be ruled out.
