Peruvian treatment guidelines for male STI's

Etiological agent	Treatment
Syphilis	Benzathine G penicillin 2.4 MU in two 1.2 MU intramuscular injections once. If allergy to penicillin exists: Doxiciclyne 100 mg orally. Twice daily per 14 days
Gonorrhoea	Cefixime 400 mg orally once. Or Ceftriaxone 125 mg intramuscular once.
Chlamydia	Azithromicin 1 g orally once or Doxiciclyne 100 mg orally each 12 h×7 days
Trichomonas	Metronidazole 2 g orally once
