Measurements of airway resistance (Raw; A), the coefficient of lung tissue damping (G; B), and the coefficient of lung tissue elastance (H; C) obtained from ovalbumin (OVA)-sensitized wild-type (C57BL/6) and carboxypeptidase E-deficient (Cpefat) mice challenged with aerosols of either PBS or PBS containing 4% OVA (wt/vol) once per day for seven consecutive days. Measurements were made 24 h following the cessation of the final aerosol challenge.
