The top 50 medical schools for research in 2012 were selected from the U.S News & World Report (http://grad-schools.usnews.rankingsandreviews.com/best-graduate-schools/top-medical-schools/research-rankings). An internet search was conducted to determine the percent of female deans, directors, and faculty members at centers for global health at each of the top 50 medical schools.
