Simulation for an unmeasured stochastic disturbance. A simulation showing change in the FM symptoms report for an unmeasured stochastic disturbance (a) is shown for the representative pilot study participant under closed-loop control (b). The drug dosages are assigned by the model predictive controller on eight levels where the controller adjusts drug dosages to compensate for changes in the general FM symptoms reports. Based on the tuning value (f a), the resulting drug dosage changes can vary from aggressive to conservative. The fixed dosage is set at 1.92 mg.
