(A, B) MTT assay was performed in KYSE150 (A) and KYSE30 (B) cells that either overexpressed NUMB-1 or the control vector. NUMB-1 overexpression in KYSE150 cells and KYSE30 cells suppressed their growth rate as compared to the control group in the respective cell lines (* p<0.01). (C) In vivo tumor growth assay was carried out to investigate the influence of NUMB-1 on the ability of KYSE150 cells to form tumors in mice.
