Effect of PIK-75 on IL-8 expression in feline EECs stimulated by H2O2. Serum-starved EECs were preincubated in the presence of PIK-75. EECs were then stimulated with H2O2 (300 μM, 6 hours). The expression of IL-8 was estimated by Western blot analysis. Data are expressed as means ± S.E of four experiments (Student's t-test; *P < 0.05 versus control, # P < 0.05 versus H2O2 alone).
