Interventions Laser ablation
Cryotherapy

Notes 42 women were randomised to laser ablation, 39 to cryotherapy and completed protocol Laser performed ablated 2 mm lateral to transformation zone to a depth of 5-7mm. Women had pre-operative oral ibuprofen
Cryocoagulation (double freeze thaw freeze technique) or more if the ice ball did not exceed the probe (28mm) by 4-5mm. With or without analgesia
