The binding of 3.3, 1E3, and 2B5 Fab fragments to PEG2k-HEL immobilized on a CM5 chip was determined in a Biacore T-200. Results represent mean values of triplicate determinations ± SD aNM, not meaningful, no reading at all concentrations.
