10% SDS-PAGE was carried out to resolve the purified prNΔ₈₅. Protein samples were labeled with anti-prNΔ₈₅VHHs, (KC329704–KC329708) (lanes 1–5), mAb anti-rNΔ₈₅ (lane 6), as well as the llama pre-immune serum (lane 7), and unrelated VHH (anti-BthTX-I), as negative controls (lane 8).
