(a) LNCaP cells stably transfected with Dox-controlled inducible cPLA₂α expression system (LNCaP-i-cPLA₂α) were treated with Dox (100 ng/mL, 24 h), followed by incubation with MEK inhibitor U0126 (5 μM, 1 h). The cells were harvested 24 h later. (b) LNCaP-i-cPLA₂α cells induced with Dox for 1 h and transfected with Myr-AKT or empty vector (2 μg, 24 h), followed by incubation with U0126 (5 μM, 1 h). The cells were harvested 24 h later. All immunoblotting results are typical of 3 independent experiments.
