GADD45 family gene expression in NPC cell lines following exposure to CuE: (A) Quantitative RT-PCR (qPCR) analysis of GADD45-α, -β and -γ mRNA expression standardized against the levels of GAPDH in NPC cell lines exposed for 4 hours to DMSO (CuE 0 μM control) or CuE. (B) Co-IP of GADD45γ and CDC2 in NPC cell lines which treated with CuE 1.25 μM and/or GADD45γ SiRNA. (C) Reenter cell cycle which arrest by CuE in NPC cell lines via inhibition of GADD45γ gene expression. (D) Delay in mitosis in CuE-treated and/or GADD45γ SiRNA NPC cell lines.
