All narrow (wide) shaped pulses are applied with flip angles of 90° (180°) along the x axis, unless indicated otherwise. Phase cycling was as follows: ϕ1 8(x), 8(−x); ϕ2 8(y), 8(−y), Δ=455 μs. Any readout building block can be appended after the saturation recovery delay, τ, or the CPMG cascade. All gradients were applied along the z axis.
