Determination of the optimal number of reference genes for normalization. The program calculates the Vn/n+1 between two sequential normalization factors. Using the cut-off value V = 0.15, three genes were required for accurate normalization under this condition. The three reference genes were ACTB, TUBA and EEF1A.
