Pictures show the neutrophil migration to the wound 4 h after tail ablation in mpx:GFP zebrafish larvae treated with a SLD of LPS during 30 min (4-dpf larvae) or 24 h (3-dpf larvae). Controls were used in both cases with tail ablation, but without the LPS treatment. Bars represent the relative fluorescence intensity density on the tail measured using ImageJ software (*p<0.05).
