TUNEL staining in biopsies of KB tumors treated with a single dose injection of siRNA and/or DOX liposomes (170 μg/kg siRNA, 8 mg/kg DOX). The tumors were removed from the mice after the efficacy study (day 24 after the drug injection) and biopsies were made after 4% PFA fixation.
