Sequence relatedness of the OBP protein families in Glossina morsitans morsitans. The unrooted neighbour-joining tree was constructed to show the divergence amongst members of the protein families. Signal peptides were removed before alignment in ClustalX 2.0.8 with the alignment option of “iterate each alignment step”.
