C) Representative traces showed that increase in calcium following application of NMDA (arrow) is not different between WT (closed circles) and YF-KI (open circles) neurons. (n=3, for each experiment, measurements were made in two coverslips with 10-12 neurons per coverslip for a total of 60-72 neurons each group).
