These videos illustrate the dynamic behaviour of DSpd-2-GFP at centrosomes in embryos where Cnn is present (A) or where Cnn is absent (B). Note how in the absence of Cnn, DSpd-2-GFP cannot properly spread out through the PCM and a haze of DSpd-2-GFP fluorescence, including small particles of DSpd-2-GFP, appears to be rapidly lost from the centrosomes.
