Cardiovascular mortality includes any death from cardiac causes (e.g. sudden death, death from HF or MI, stroke, tamponade). Cardiovascular morbidity includes HF hospitalization, non-fatal MI, stroke, arrhythmia, unstable angina, or pulmonary embolism.
