Influence on PSII Light Saturation.
Light saturation measurements of T. elongatus WT (green, squares), the ΔpetP mutant (red, triangles), and the petP-complementation mutant (blue, circles) reveal the dependence of the relative electron transport rate (rETR), i.e., the ratio between absorbed light quanta and transported electrons, on the light intensity. PAR light intensity in μE m−2 s−1. Error bars indicate the sd of three independent measurements.
