Responses of EGFR 875–889 -reactive CD4 + T cell clones to EGFR 875–889 peptide were attenuated by PGE2. EGFR875–889-reactive CD4+ T cell clone M8 was tested for its capacity to recognize EGFR875–889 peptide by using autologous PBMCs as APCs with or without PGE2 (1 μM) by quantification of IFN-γ production.
