The SIgA antibody titres in the mucosal washes of the rTgROP17-immunised mice were determined by ELISA two week after the final immunization. High levels of SIgA in (A) the nasal washes, (B) intestinal washes and (C) vaginal washes were detected in rTgROP17-immunized mice compared to those of the PBS control mice.
