p53 protein level is elevated in HepG2 cells following Nutlin-3a treatment. HepG2 cells were treated with the p53-activating agent Nutlin-3a (10 μM) for 24 hours, total protein was extracted and the protein level of p53 was analyzed in a western blot analysis (as described in [13]). The presented data is a representative experiment from more than three repeats.
