In (A), frequencies of FluM1- and EphA2-specific CD4⁺ T cells in the PBMC of 5 HLA-DR4⁺ RCC patients with AD were determined using PE-labeled HLA-DR4/peptide tetramers and flow cytometry as described in Figure 1.
