Coimmunoprecipitation of viral and cellular proteins. HFFs were mock infected or infected with AD169rv, AD169-UL84FLAG, or AD169-FLAGUL44 (MOI = 3), and cell lysates were prepared 72 h postinfection. IP of the lysates was carried out in the presence of Benzonase using a MAb recognizing FLAG immobilized on agarose beads.
