Binding studies by SPR of Fecto and FAbs. 101F and motavizumab FAbs were immobilized on a sensor chip, various concentrations of Fecto were injected, and mass absorption response units (RU) were monitored as a function of time (sensorgrams are labeled according to Fecto construct, FAb chip, and concentration, as indicated).
