Splenocytes were collected from WT and Irf5−/− mice 2 days after WNV infection. Cells were phenotyped (see Materials and Methods) and processed by flow cytometry. The results are the averages from five to seven mice per group. None of the differences between groups attained statistical significance (P > 0.05). DCs, dendritic cells.
