HIV gp120 upregulates PIAS3, but not SOCS3, expression. MDDCs were stimulated with gp120 (5 μg/ml) for the indicated time periods. Cell lysates were resolved by 10% SDS-PAGE, transferred to a nitrocellulose membrane, and subjected to immunoblot analysis with antibodies specific for SOCS3 (A) and PIAS3 (B).
