Calibration validation results. During the validation measurement, the sensor was rotated around its intrinsic axis x for five complete revolutions, φx = 1800°. The data were captured at a sampling rate fs = 1000 Hz. The accuracy of the calculated rotation angle can be improved by correcting the detected values using the obtained calibration parameters.
