M9 glucose plates were spread with IJ2308 or IJ2308 plus J8-65 and incubated overnight at 37 °C. The high molecular weight (MW) fraction was recovered as a congealed precipitate in the absence of centrifugation. As shown in Fig. 2, this phage causes little reduction in live bacterial counts.
