Effect of cisplatin on the relative tension of endothelium-denuded thoracic aorta. (A) Cisplatin decreased the relative tension of endothelium-denuded rat thoracic aortic rings precontracted with KCl at the resting tension of 2 g in an ex vivo perfusion system in a time-dependent manner.
