Dead individuals were counted daily. Letters following the figure legend indicate significant differences, with different letters indicating significant differences. B. Combined data showing the lifespan of adult female mosquitoes given access to an artificial blood meal containing 25, 10, 5 or 1 mg/ml of BSA every three days. All treatments were allowed ad libitum access to 10% dextrose. Survivorship was assessed daily. Treatments with the same letters were not different from each other; those with different letters have significant differences.
