(A) ROC curve for the predictive performance of the DLDA-30 genomic pCR predictor on the 178 cases for whom an observed pathologic tumor response and molecular prediction of tumor response were available. (B) ROC and calibration curves for the predictive performance of the clinical nomogram to predict pCR on the same cases used in the genomic analysis. The corresponding performance metrics of the genomic and clinical predictors are found in Table 2.
