Table 5.

Summary of kinetic constants shown in Scheme 2. k1 and k−1 were derived from fluorescence anisotropy and stopped-flow measurements (data shown in Fig. 3). k2 was assumed to be diffusion-limited, and was set at 1×108 M−1 s−1. k4 was from k4 = k3kpol/(k3kpol) = 1.5 s−1 as previously suggested [23], and k−4 was fixed at 1 s−1 [27]. Other values were from KinTek Global Kinetic Explorer simulation (Chi2/DoF = 1.64). Values with asterisk were not well constrained evaluated by FitSpace (Chi2 threshold at boundary 1.2), the lower bound for k3, k−3, and k−5 was 5.6 s−1, 1.1 s−1, and 1.8 × 10−7 M−1 s−1, respectively.
