Mice bearing i.p. LS-174T xenografts were treated by Pac/²¹²Pb-trastuzumab for 24 h. A. Expression of BUBR1 and TOPOII was determined by RT-PCR using specific primers for BUBR1 and TOPOISOMERASE II. Results represent the average of a minimum of three replications. B. Immunoblot analysis for EMI1 and GEMININ was performed with tumor tissue collected 24 h after Pac/²¹²Pb- trastuzumab treatment. The EMI1 and GEMININ were detected at 56 kDa and 35 kDa, respectively. Equal protein loading control was GAPDH.
