Inhibition of RhoA activity elicits Rac1 activation. A, inhibition of RhoA increases the GTP-bound portion of Rac1 in THP-1 cells. As a control, a geranylgeranyl transferse inhibitor was used. GTP-bound RhoA (B) was measured for control purposes. The G-LISA signal was normalized for total Rac1 or RhoA in the samples. The average of three independent experiments shown.
