Cell survival elutriated K562 cells. Elutriated K562 cells in G1, S and G2 cell cycle phases were exposed to 10 or 100 nM CPT for 1 h in the presence (black bars) or absence (white bars) of 0.4 μM rucaparib. Cytotoxicity was measured by clonogenic assay and survival was expressed as percentage of untreated control. Data are mean of three independent experiments±s.e.m.
