Testing of CD8 antibody clone 3B5. During the development of the CLIP panel, different fluorochrome-conjugates of CD8 antibodies were tested. Initially CD8 APC and PE were tested to measure the intensity of antigen expression. Based on the intensity of this staining, we performed secondary testing using red laser excitation (639 nm) or violet laser excitation (406 nm).
