(A) Darcin binds SBT with N (stoichiometry ratio)  =  1.0, KD∼0.173 µM, ΔH =  -13.1 kcal/mol and TΔS = ∼3.9 kcal/mol. (B) MUP11 binds SBT with N (stoichiometry ratio)  = 1.0, KD ∼2.76 µM, ΔH ∼-9.8 kcal/mol and TΔS = ∼ 2.2 kcal/mol.
