A. Western blot of WM266-4 cells transfected with scrambled control or MITF specific siRNAs, and treated with 2μM PD184 for 48hours in the absence or presence of 50ng TNFα. B. The cells were treated for 48hr with 2μM AZD6244 (MEKi) in presence of the indicated macrophages. D.
