(A) When terminating the experiment, sciatic nerve histology was generated. Paraffin sections stained with heamatoxyllin-eosin demonstrate vast infiltration of mononuclear cells in animals from all experimental groups. (B) Sciatic nerve sections were stained against CD3 and depleted animals had higher frequencies of CD3+ T cells.
