Localization of CuvA in M. tuberculosis. An M. tuberculosis leucine-pantothenate auxotroph strain (24) expressing CuvAMt-GFP or unfused GFP was grown on agarose pads containing MM-ADC with 0.2% glucose and acetamide to induce expression of cuvAMt-gfp.
