Power function fit parameters (a and k) and R² (mean ± one standard deviation) are included from each study, except Da Silva (1985) which only provided a summary of exponent, a, values. Results from Zahorik et al. (2005) summarize data from 21 auditory studies. Results from Da Silva (1985) summarize data from 28 vision studies with full depth cues.
